  • R&D Test-3

Whole Process For R&D

Our R&D team has rich RF design experiences, and most of RF antennas can satisfy our customers’ requests.
For now, we can deal with most of 2G antennas, 3G antennas, 4G antennas and 5G antennas, no matter where it can be used for outdoor or indoor.

1. Production Drawings
First sample established, and make sure that everything goes right as the production drawings.
2. Out-Look Quality Check
No scratches, stain, burn injury or discoloring on the finished surface and no burrs on the edge.
3. Antenna Dimensions
Important dimensions are indicated with balloon mark, all of them need to be tested and recorded in QC testing documents.
4. Electrical Characteristics Limited
Measure the free space VSWR with calibrated network analyzer. The electrical properties should be followed.
5. Package
Antennas should be placed flat and neat in the PE bag, and confirm the quantity in each PE bag.
